The Descendant of Miare?

Do you know of the "Records of Ancient Matters"?

Ah, yes. I have some understanding of it.

The last time The Records were edited into its current form was nearly a thousand and three hundred years ago in the Genmei era, by a person named Ō no Yasumaro.

And several decades before that in the Tenmu era, A person named Hieda no Are, who first composed the prototype for later Records of Ancient Matters, not only recorded history, but also collected legends and lore from around the country.
