管理人のおじさんは翌日だと思い込んでたらしく、あわててやってきました(笑)
違う会場を手配しようかという寸前まで話が進んでました。

The custodian guy had gotten it into his head that the event was the next day, so he arrived all in a panic. :-)

Discussion had progressed right to the verge of whether we should book a different venue. Thank goodness he made it in time!
