"Shincolle" is a Fleet Collection Simulation Game based around gathering "Shinkaisei-kans" - beings dwelling in the bottom of the sea, each with their individual personality!

Shinkaisei-kans can level up during "Self-defense" or "Exercises"!

Let's develop your own unique Shinkaisei-kan fleet!

In the area around the Naval Base, "Ship-girls" are invading our waters, aimlessly attacking us!

Make full use of your Shinkaisei-kans, and beat them off, preserving the peace of our home seas!
