Vice-Admiral (32)
Vice-Admiral is rank in Navy below that of a Admiral. It doesn't mean that she is other Admiral's substitute. It might be confusing in English, because term "提督", usually translated as "Admiral" is the title for any officer assigned to command more than one ship at a time - commodore in the other words.
