Satou Sei, from Maria-sama ga Miteru (otherwise referred to as Rosa Gigantea before you actually learn what her name is in the show) - she's, like... BEYOND all known definitions of proud. o_o; There's not much to say except that no one is safe from Sei.

Giving her Carlito's gimmick almost seems like a waste since she could have her pick of pretty much ANY wrestler (she's limousine ridin', jet flyin', wheelin', dealin', and kiss stealin', y'know~!). But these particular quotes totally fit, so this is what I went with.

P.S. It looks like she's about to deliver Rolling German Suplexes on Yumi... ;D (see if you can spot the Luis Guzman reference as well)
