Welcome!

...You on your way out?

Oh no! I just came back.

The main street was blocked, so I had to turn back around.

I wonder what happened?

The main gate's blocked.

Must be trying to limit people going in or out, with a VIP coming in from the Central District.

But you can get through if you know someone, have a permit or citizenship.

So that's what it was!

I wonder when they'll open it back up...?

...Is there something you need to do?

Outside the gate.

It's not anything I need, really.

But there's this restaurant right outside the gate.

And I used to save up and go there every so often to treat myself.

And it's the only shop you could have sweets around here too!

Guess I'll have to forget about it for a while.

...I can get through that gate.

And I can take you to the other side of it.

Legally, of course.

So...

Want to go?

With me.

Wooow, I sooo want this car.

But damn that price.

I'll buy it for you.

Wha... Wha...

It really came...

Now that's generosity right there!

In quite the good mood, isn't he. Must be pretty happy about something.

Use it well.
