The humans asked the god:

What is divine permission?

The god answered with a smile:

"Just as it says, it's a permit to become a god."

If you have this permit, you can hold power equal to mine.

Change the weather and terrain to your every wish.

Make countries, even creatures.

Become able to create everything you want.

Hearing that, the humans were overjoyed.

However, the god wasn't done:

"...But, one who'd become a god must possess the wits to know anything and everything, as well as long life."

"As such, I'm afraid you don't have what it takes quite yet..."
