That's because our focus is on special missions. You're our very first destroyer. As you can see, this place is like a penal colony for fleet girls who caused unfortunate incidents and have nowhere else to go. Being assigned here is equivalent to abandoning hope for life, so destroyers, who are young and full of hopes and dreams, normally don't get posted here.
