Armored deck (Kevlar)

I tried rearming Taihou, who looks especially suited for cannons, even more so than other fleet girls.
Her trusty weapon is IJN's "Type 97 automatic cannon":https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Type_97_automatic_cannon. It's 20 mm apparently. Totally deadly; turns people into minced meat.
The writings on the deck makes it sound like a ballistic plate. Dunno if I got the right words though. (TL note: it's actually "Strike Face")
"Mod 05" comes from the "5th Naval Armaments Supplement Program":https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Modified_5th_Naval_Armaments_Supplement_Programme.
