Although chum salmon is like this it is classified as "white fish" (bean nipples) サケはコレでも白身魚　（豆ちくび） Here, "white fish" is a classification from Japanese cuisine, and unrelated to the use of the English term as used in fisheries or for the species. "Bean nipples" is an untranslatable bad pun, so it is explained separately here. The fact that chum salmon is "white fish" is actually being presented as trivia, i.e. 「豆知識」 "mamechishiki" lit. "bean knowledge". Instead, the artist uses "mamechikubi" lit. "bean nipples", which seems to refer to tiny areolae...
