Her family name is Guan, or Kan in Japanese pronunciation, but is often read "Seki", so she's ended up calling herself that fairly often. Skilled in a form of illusion making, she has a number of kills against Neuroi during the Gulf War where she overloaded their long-range sensor ability. Gets along very well with others. She loves sweets, and can't stand the "Youryuu-flavor" curry that's served every Friday. Goes by "Seki-chan".

Andrea Bazzini Age: 18 Rank: Lieutenant (USN) Unit: United States of Liberion Navy 7th Fleet, carrier "Midway" electronic warfare unit Standard equipment: EA-6B "Prowler" EW unit; M93R machine pistol Call sign: Flapper 1; TAC name: Crafty Familiar: Liberion wolverine From Boston. Her family immigrated from Romagna during her grandfather's lifetime. She discovered she could manipulate illusions about the same time she was assigned to carrier duty, so she was transferred to the EW squad, but she also volunteered for Suppression of Enemy Air Defense (SEAD) during Desert Storm, and was responsible for the capture and destruction of many ground-based Neuroi. If you cross her the slightest bit, she'll craft illusions to haunt you all through the night as payback, so the Midway witches fear her, and she's known by names like "The Don of the Shadows" and "The Sicilian Mafia".
