In the Savo Island campaign, Choukai and her fleet succeeded in destroying the Allied Force's northern fleet. She’s the only one of the four sisters who doesn’t receive any modernization. When you heard her saying “Modernization ? I’m so happy!” and think about it, you really feel glad for her. I hope she got to wear nice uniform like her elder sisters.
