The problem is defense.Side and rear armor are out of question. Lately even frontal armor became unreliable.Nevertheless, remodeling to Ausf. G didn't affect armor thickness itself...How about putting up Schürzen like the Anglerfish team did? That also would be mere consolation though...But if you look at battlefield photos, there was something even more awfulEspecially with Shermans.But they say concrete armor was actually ineffective...Then how about fastening a lot of kittens to the hull? That way enemies would hardly even shoot at us.When it's you saying that, it doesn't even sound like a joke.Can't say it's elegant, though...All that's left is to lay spare rollers and tracks out on the hull...
