If I had to dignify your idiotic question with a serious response, I'd tell you that it's because unlike dogs and cats, rabbits don't make any noise, so there aren't any sounds that lend themselves to any particular date. Note: February 22nd is "Cat Day" because 2-22 (ni-ni-ni) sounds vaguely like the sound a cat makes (nyan-nyan-nyan). Similarly, November 1st is "Dog Day" because 11-1 (one-one-one) sounds like the sound a dog makes (wan-wan-wan)
