Having had the determination to become an artist in his youth, Hitler described himself as "not a politician but an artist". After he ascended to power and appointed the architect Albert Speer as his Minister of Supplies, he opposed the development of arts by banning "Degenerate Art". As such, in this illustration, Hitler-san is a girl in the Arts Club. As she possesses such a strong passion for the arts, she can't stop talking about Art Theory. She also doesn't approve of any style that she dislikes. She does have a more radical personality.
