Even though I understand Yachiyo kept her identity as Kaguya hidden on purpose, holding on for that many years just to see Iroha's face, only to do nothing at all, felt completely unnatural to me.Still, I tried my best not to deviate from the canon, so I write this scenario where Yachiyo just can't hold back from visiting Iroha after the Tsukijin showed up.
