Hello. Neruzou here.
I actually forgot that I'd signed up for Comiket, and ended drawing this in a big hurry.
This my first time making a book of manga, but it kind of turned into a Bad Ending, didn't it? Coming up with stories really is difficult, huh."Could humans live forever by having their brains uploaded into a computer?"
It's a common enough question, but it seems like even if you copied the memories into a machine, the soul would logically remain in the original body. In that case, you'd simply be creating another copy of yourself inside the computer, which is a real horror story to think about, isn't it?
Kind of seems like turning the body itself into a cyborg would be the more realistic option, like Doctor whatshisface from Dragon whatsit.Personally, Keiki-sama strikes me as a character with an incredibly human-like way of thinking, which I love about her.
In this manga, she kind of ends up looking like a villain, but I actually drew it with the premise that there really is no malice in her actions.Keiki-sama and Mayumi-chan both have honest kindness and affection for each other, but in a sense, that ends up being the reason that Mayumi-chan overworks herself to the point of no repair, and Keiki-sama has no idea that she's merely duplicating her. It's a story of tragic accidents.
I want to draw a Happy Ending next time. Honestly.
