Planting new seeds always makes me think of last year's petals.

Why the petals?

After they wither, the petals and leaves all return to the earth.

Once a flower blooms, that's its final form.

The shoots come up, they grow leaves, bud, and flower...

Then they wilt and die.

But they leave behind seeds.

And it all starts over again. It's like a spiral.

Always repeating, but always changing... That's the dance the flowers and I do.
