a quick — relative to how long my art usually takes — ( no, my posts aren't AI because I like to use em dashes proper *spite* ) drawing for the birthday of a friend's friend ( @Procyoon ) made last year on August 18th, the day of. I was going to make this In ms paint, which the sketch I did, but I procrastinated until It was the 18th and hadn't started coloring, so for max efficiency I just painted In CSP, and I'm glad because I think It came out real nice ~

green was her favorite color I was told, so I tried to be ~whacky~ with the colors and I honestly did not expect It to turn out so well. the amount of pink on the tail makes It feel unbalanced to me, and maybe I didn't get the colors right on the mouth ( too much contrast? ). also, I don't like the background because It looks like a green Windows 7 wallpaper. but! othewise I'm surprised by how It came out. I think the fur looks pretty good

Zigzagoon has always been cute, It was one of the first Pokemon I remember really liking besides obligatories like Eevee or Mew, because Y was my first game; before I got It I watched let's plays and I think the thing was In Satalune Forest or something. along with ORAS also having them... because literally Hoenn, they absolutely Infested Wonder Trade and I became mildly spiteful. they're still adorable tho

Galarian Zigzagoon Is really cool. It can't be helped that black and white look amazing together. and a bold color like pink which Is just a lighter red Is wonderful. by extension the trainer they made this form for I also quite like design-wise

so yeah here's this drawing I've been withholding for no reason. It was while I was working on Mouse game, the drawing that I said was unuploaded. may as well add It to my portfolio since I'm pretty happy with the result all things considered
