Seize a flower, seize the day,
Surprise yourself on this way.
Seize the wind, seize the light,
Forget the time, it's out of sight.
Give up gold, envy and wrath,
Tend your garden on your path.

French:

Cueille une fleur, cueille le jour,
Attarde toi le long de ton parcours.
Saisis le vent, attrape la lumière,
Oublie le temps qui est derrière.
Abandonne ton or et ta jalousie,
Cultive ton être et ton jardin aussi.
