[C] Hazer vs Starburst

—

“In an intense sparring match filled to the brim with blue and gold electricity, the purest Luxio, Hazer and the Tavern Luxio, Starburst enter a head-on collision course with each of their own most wild of Wild Charge attacks! Will one of the two Spark Pokémon withstand the mighty clash, or will this battle end in a dead heat?” - VaporeonLayne

Description aside, Happy New Year peeps! And what a way to open it with this piece (which was supposed to be done last December, but holiday break happened).
